My husband needed a lift recliner. We were prepared to spend a long day, searching from store to store, trying to find one we liked. We decided to stop at Wine Country Fine Furniture first. So glad we did! We found the perfect lift recliner for my husband. The quality and pricing of all of the furniture in the store was amazing. We were so happy that I even bought a recliner for myself. The customer service that Jack provides is unbelievable! This is truly old school customer service that I have not found anywhere else. Jack goes above and beyond. He welcomes you into his store and is knowledgeable about all of his products. He removed our old furniture at no cost and the delivery of the new furniture was flawless. When we need anything else, we will definitely go to Wine Country Fine Furniture and see Jack!

I had purchased a electric recliner at another store. After one year 15 days the switch stopped working. I called the company that I purchased it from and they weren't very helpful. Called Jack Rasmusen at Wine Country Fine Furniture, he was extremely helpful. Came out after hours to my home, replaced the switch in 20 minutes. The repair was very reasonable price. Thanks Jack, five stars to you.
